Guilherme is a notable Brazilian hotelier and global entrepreneur who currently leads the Board of Advisors of the Brazil tour. He heads an array of hotels and resorts located in different parts of the country, Paulus began his career working for IBM as an intern. His company GJP operates more than 20 hotels and resorts. Guilherme says that the idea of starting his company did not originate from him but from a friend Carlos Vicente one of his deputies at that time who hinted that he was planning on venturing in the hotel business in Sao Paulo. A typical work day according to Guilherme Paulus involves following his weekly plan which he sets at the beginning of the week. Writing down events of the week is empowering and makes one feel organised and productive.
